What was the reason for choosing Studio Estate?
We were in awe of the design of Studio Estate’s previous apartment renovations and rental studios. Meeting Jasmijn and Enzo was a gift from day one. The energy and determination to figure out whatever comes on their way gave us the impulse to just let them “do it all”.
How did we help you?
Giving us a way to deal “directly” with Sicilian bureaucracy and construction with their knowledge of local language and ways.
During the renovation process answers to questions were researched quickly and thoroughly and everything was being taken care of for us.
What was the most memorable part of working with Studio Estate?
That all the beautiful pictures from the planning stage were NOT an illusion. The final result was above expectations.
If you had to write down your experience in a few sentences, what would you say?
All communication with regard to design ideas, additional information, modifications, town requirements etc. was clear and optimistic. This made for a feeling of trust during the entire process. We are so grateful for how it all turned out and that we got to realise one of our biggest dreams without having to worry about anything.
